Structure includes officers and a board of directors with a rotation process in place to bring in fresh leadership and perspectives.
While the Northland Coalition have grown considerably since May 2000, over 90% of our founding members remain active today. Approximately 50 members are regularly in attendance at monthly meetings. Our programs involve almost every human service agency in the Northland and specifically target the business community and media.
Coalition members participate in multiple training opportunities including:

- Community Baseline Trainings
- Metropolitan Association of Prevention Professionals (MAPP) Conference
- Northland Coalition Annual Community Breakfast and Prevention Conference
